Concretion.

An instrument of feedback manipulation entirely hand-made, from her interface to her microphones. Her plate reverb placed horizontally creates an interactive and complex playground for magnetic springs, contact microphones and two other sources of recording. She brings me back into the great sense of curiosity that marked my childhood and invites me to respond to her propositions with verve. “Concretion” refers to the perpetual state of change of this instrument; supple and uncompromising, established and fluctuating, unbent and inveterate. When activated, Concretion gets a life of its own. I invite you to be her witness.
